Karlyn Court is situated in a quiet residential area of Cleveleys yet close to the promenade and the town centre.

Bethany Kay acquired Karlyn Court in 1988 and every year care is taken to add to and improve facilities to make your stay at Karlyn an enjoyable one.

The lounge Suite
Ground floor. This delightful apartment consists of a large lounge and purpose designed kitchen with breakfast bar. The adjoining bedroom has double and single bed. There is a fully tiled shower/wc on suite.

 
 

The Landing Suite
This lovely first floor apartment has three bedrooms all with wash basins, shower points, colour TV’s and tea making facilities. The lounge/kitchen is fully equipped with full sized cooker and microwave and the bathroom has a bath and shower.

 
 

The Top Suite
A cosy second floor flat with one double bedroom. A lounge/kitchen and fully tiled shower/wc en-suite.
Please note that this apartment is reached by two flights of stairs.

 
 

Flat 1:
A ground floor bedsit with a large sunny bay window. This is a very cosy flat for two with its own WC.

 
 

Flat 2:
A large ground floor flat which is fully self contained with a lounge with settee and one large bedroom which has a double and a single bed. There is also a kitchen with adjoining shower room with WC.

 
 

Flat 3:
A cosy first floor apartment for 2 people. Which comprises lounge/kitchen with an archway to the twin bed room. There is a fully tiled bathroom with shower/toilet.

 
 

Flat 4:
This first floor apartment is similar to flat 3 and has a double bed.

 
 

Flat 5:
An attic apartment. Open plan suitable for 2 people. Shower/toilet.
